WELCOME TO JUDO
Judo was developed as a way of improving the person, both physically, emotionally and in the wider context of society.
Judo is a self-defense martial art that teaches its students (Judoka) to gain control over an attacker without striking him or her.
Judo simply involves two individuals who, by gripping the judo uniform (or judogi), use the forces of balance, power, and movement to attempt to subdue each other.
For us at Kazuno, judo creates exceptional athletes, teaches maturity, fosters self-discipline, teaches self-defense and life skills in a way that no other sport does.
THE BENEFITS OF JUDO
